Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran solo to South EUG. Did 4x200 with <30s rest. Worked on opening up the stride (hip EXT) with trunk forward. Ran with KT tape on my trunk, which I think helped.

Ran: 38, 37, 36, 35. Not terribly hard, but not easy.
