Weather: 50 sunny...perfect workout weather

UR track- 6x800 at 2:40ish w/2:00 rest
goal to get comfy at slightly under 5:30 pace (current 5k goal for next month)...did not feel comfy but got used to pace a bit. each one was faster. did not go to 2-2 breathing until midway through #4, so that was good.
