Weather: 85 hot and hilly
Comments:
warmed up a mile, then did 3 mile tempo, then 1 mile cool down. 4pm in the afternoon.
5:44-5:41-5:27 but even with warm up and cool down = 31:28 for 5 miles.. good stuff for just jumping into it...
