Comments:
Went to a high school to tempo on the track... Warmed up a mile and a half and found that there was a track club using all of the lanes for relay start practice. Figured I'd head back and run after dinner but there was a thunderstorm on the way so I didn't get very far. Note: flats feel very fast.
