Letting the Achilles rest today, so I went to the gym to get some cardio in. I didnt even notice the resurfacing they did last week... I think a lot of people forgot it reopened since there werent that many people there. Good bike though. I went pretty hard on the upright, switched over to the recumbent after 30. Then hopped on the elliptical for a little. Legs were sore, getting used to the bike after.
Essentials: Stretch, hammies, roll, L7, hips, abs
Good stretch. Foot is feeling better, try and run tomorrow I think. Not feeling as tight, but it felt kinda funny (the odd strain feeling) at work today. Just all the muscles shifting around I think, looking for the balance. This is my last week in Amherst. I think its good timing. I am ready to go home and get ready for school. I am excited to go back and see everyone, I have been away for a while it feels. I really do like it here, and I am going to do everything I can to get that trip back in the spring... I dont think I will miss the food though. I am sick of the dining hall, cant wait for the succulent taste of 6+ sides from Grab-It. Yum...
