Comments:
I'll start logging the glorified warmups before speed, but it feels odd logging the strides as mileage so I'll leave them out. At STA, plodded some more with a really nice group of girls and Anthony then cut off for a glorified warmup before strides/strength. got 8x100m in, blatantly skipped the lunges and strength set. Hoping the fatigue will turn around sometime soon.
