Pink Lemonade

Comments:
Ran a 1.4 mile loop in town, and then out to the 9 on Hotchkiss and back. Took some pink lemonade along with me in the little waterbottle I have. Nice little thing to look forward to along the run.

Legs felt pretty tired, but I relaxed and slowed when I needed to for a good run. 5 striders on Elmar when I finished.

Essentials: stretch, roll, 200 abs, gluteals, 50 push-ups
