Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran straight to the track and did 200s. The focus:
1.) "Grab" with the big toe (especially R)
2.) Open hips (PUSH beneath/behind, lengthen)
3.) R toe + L elbow/scap to equalize trunk
Started easier, then cut down:
34.9, 34.8, 33.7, 33.4, 32.9, 31.8
Felt good! Tried to be very relaxed. Ran back to the office.
Back felt GOOD after work.
