Comments:
Forewent the Hardesty again; thought about a tempo but since I'm racing tomorrow, I went "grinder pace": 6:45 ->6:20s. Focused on:
1.) Toe grab
2.) R LE ext + L LE drive + L scap
3.) chin nod (inconsistent)
Felt pretty good, not terribly tired, but I felt worked. Hadn't run that fast in a while as a non-workout. Clocked 6:20s on the bark near the end.
Went to B-2 with Chelsea at 7. Very awesome. :)
