4 sets as fast as you can of:

10 push us
10 clean and presses each arm
10 snatches each arm
26 1 arm swings total
2 laps around gym (about a quarter mile)

I ran fast of the run part and finished in about 17min then did and after. I was 2nd to finish behind coach smalls.
