Went up to the high school, and ran with the team; they have been meeting at 8 in the mornings and I wanted to get done early today since it was going to be so hot. I ended up just running with nate, gregs brother, because no one else was going longer. But I only know like 3 or 4 of them, lol, i'm old. good run though; nice to be with people.

And one of the moms had brought watermelon and muffins and chocolate milk for everyone. What a deal. I miss having moms bring snacks. We should bring this to the collegiate level.
