Pretty good 10x200s workout since no coaches were there. Ran mostly with Ishan, Mabeke, Alex, and Nicky. First few felt really uncomfortable, hitting like 31, but next couple got faster and more relaxed and was htting 30-29. Was dead tired affter the workout, but feel pretty content with the quality of it.
