Comments:
only warmed up 12 x 100m back and forth then did 2 x 200 (35) with 30 sec. rec. between to get the pace down.
Paced Tony for the first 800 (70,2:20.3) then sat out a lap, ran 69.2, sat out a lap and then 70.1..
Then jumped in for 800 with Chris C. (2:39.8), sat out for a lap then did 800 with Kevin L. (2:40.2). Then did a mile cool down
