Comments:
5 x just over 600m repeats going out and back on part of the bike path with a really sharp turnaround at the halfway point, felt really strong till the 4th one where i started breaking down and it got pretty hard, supposed to be at mile pace but we were flying, definitely over 600m, went 1:45, 1:41, 1:41, 1:44, 1:42, feel like i got some good stuff out of this, although feet were pretty blistered and it was really hot, long warmup also
