Comments:
TIRED again this AM, but came around at lunch. Thought about a zero, but went short and quick-ish instead. The foci:
1.) Trunk engaged, chin level
2.) Hip opening/extension
3.) ARMS
Felt pretty good - got to about 6:2x on the trail.
