Comments:
Ran quick at lunch: to South EUG, a lap of strides (4x50m), then 4x300m, thinking about:
1.) forward engagement, foot beneath
2.) hip extension/lengthening
3.) arms
4.) "hooking" R toe + L elbow drive
Cut-down:
53.x, 52.3, 51.3, 49.7
Last one was pretty much all out. Wore heavy shoes, so solid run.
Luncheon at Vero w/Chelsea. Good talk.
