Weather: low 40s, a little breezy
Comments:
Felt TIRED this morning, at first. I must've been rolling about 8min pace to start off, but I came around pretty well: 7:28, 7:20, 7:04.
On the way home I managed 4x80m strides, though I was pretty damn tired by the time I hit the homestretch.
I'm pleased that -- even though I'm mega-tired -- my legs still came around. But it feels like I'm at just about max work capacity...for now, at least.
