Q1 track workout

Comments:
Workout plan: 3x1600m @ 5:00 w/ 4 min (800m) recovery + 3x800m @ 2:29 w/ 2 min (400m) recovery.

What I actually did: 1200m warm up/cool down. 3 x 1600m (4:59.7, 5:05.2, 5:17.3) w/ 1600m total recovery + 2x 800m (2:34.3, 2:34.5) with 800m total recovery.

Felt terrible. No power in my legs. Very flat footed. Stride was way off and much smaller than normal. Possible worst workout ever.
