Started with hamstring (5X15) and quad (5X15) machines, then the sit-ups (10X15), tosn bends 3X15, back 5X15, ball on the wall (30) leg lifts 30 ear, and lat pull downs 5 X 15. Expect to do water operations today which counts forside twisting,
