Weather: Hot, and muggy

Comments:
5K race, goal was 16:00 (5:08/mile). Plan was to go 5:12, 5:08, 5:04. Went 5:11, 5:16, 5:30=16:42. Felt terrible. Flat footed and no power/strength. Thinking the big mileage increase and the hard workouts have left the legs with nothing left.
