Didn't run this race very smart. I didn't the range of speed I should be aiming for so I had a goal of around 19 minutes putting k splits around 3:47. I think for now that is a little to fast for me though this is a slow course. Also wanted to make top 12, but was off of it by around 15 seconds though congratulations to Bryan for making it. After the 3rd k my chest, arms, and hamstrings felt sore so something I need to work on along with more even splits. Still happy about a 51 second PR though. Also just realized that I got a PR for my 3k by about 40 seconds.
