Weather: ~75 degrees, Hot
Comments:
Kind of rough today. I met up with my high school teammates again for a run, but unfortunately, I rolled my ankle kind of badly on the run. I was able to finish the run, but it did hurt. I should be ok to run still, but I'll keep icing it and keeping a close eye on how I feel.
