really really sore from lifting. i was super tired during the run and really slowed us down...sorry athena.

i got a faster pace when i mapped the run than athena did. i must have run faster to meet athena and back because i think the 4.7 run was around 8:20ish. Not sure though. the run was probably 8:10-8:20 pace.
