Exercise Type: Bike

This week is a down week, and last night after my long run the tight Achilles thing came back. Felt like it did a few weeks ago. Those all influenced my decision to xtrain today. I will probs take tomorrow off also since I am gonna be driving and unpacking all day. Good bike though. I was going at a good pace felt like I got a nice workout. TIme went by quickly too. Achilles still feeling tight after... Otherwise rest of legs are goof.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, hips, abs, ice
Stretched outside for a little bit, then came in. Good essentials, feel like they have been lacking lately. Once we get into practice and doing statics, it will all flow nicely. I am really excited to go back. I have a lot to do this school year, but I am ready for it, cause its all gonna be pretty fun. A little disappointed in the summer training, but I did what I could and I stayed healthy for the most part. I honestly dont know where I am at now, but I think I have done a good job getting a platform that works for me to build off of in practice. I just need to be patient and go at the smart pace and work into things with the end of season goals, like last year.
O yea an the Olympics are over... Very inspiring two weeks, a lot of athletes showed some sweet stuff. I learned a lot and enjoyed it a lot. I kinda forgot about professional sports for a while, now its time to get back to baseball and football.
