Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Supposed to run with Finch, BOOTS and Sol, but only Behrs showed. Ran at 0840.
Ran in the old Rogue Racers - felt stiff and sore, most of the run. Foci:
1.) hip opening/extension
2.) R big toe "curl"
Did the big loop, but explored a bit (it's changed from last fall) - wound up with about an hr running + 2mi out and back. Ran up-tempo ish the last two miles (6:20 or faster last mile - maybe 6:10)
Fun hang-out on the porch + beers + BOOTS, post run.
