so many things can accumulate in a few weeks. its only going to get worse i feel, haha. i've done absolutely nothing with the olympics on, and it caught up to me this evening. ran with joe and we talked a bunch about the olympics. pretty decent pace i would say, but messed up my watch somewhere. been doing that too often lately. after i dropped him off at the xcfh i picked up the pace a bit, and finished with striders. felt good today. going to do 60 to 65 this week, so the next few days can be shorter days. i might be able to get less than 7 in a day for the first time in forever!
