Weather: Warm but nice, great weather

Comments:
Legs were tight around my upper hamstrings and upper quads. Probably from doing lunges and bodyweight squats for first time. Legs loosened up real well by mid run...Back was still sore this morning but no problems in late afternoon or run...Good solid stretching after run not just usual stretching, used bands and worked legs for awhile...Holy Cross- Springfield Rd-St Joe's-MacDade-Oak-Home
