Speed Workout

Comments:
All the distances are approximate. I got the workout ones based on a guessed pace for the runs. After each fartlek we took a break. The last one was lactic stackers with thirty second slow then thirty second sprint.

I felt pretty good during this run. The only thing hurting were my feet themselves from my new shoes, which I may have to return. This workout I think was really beneficial to help build up my speed endurance, and speed in general.
