Comments:
2x4x300 again. first set 100 jog rest (35s or so) second set 2:30 rest. 50, 52, 51, 51 and 44.0, 43.3, 44.2, 45.5. really felt it on the last one but was surprised it was still 45ish. Probs won't do another workout like this for a while. It was nice to get my legs moving two weeks in a row and it'll make some longer stuff feel easier.
