Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This was my last day in Europe and Germany, so I woke up, saw some of the crown jewels of King Ludwig's family in the treasury and then got my run in. I was especially inspired because the night before, I had started to re-read "Once a Runner" by John Parker. Ironically, after being incredibly jealous of the great, fictional Quenton Cassidy's 10x600 track workout, there was no time for strength work. Cross country will be tremendous. I just know it.
