Comments:
Was expecting a good amount of rust after 8 days of not being able to run but was still disappointed to feel it. Hills felt fine, aerobic was a little off still due to the cough I've developed. Decided to run to the track and try a slightly faster than threshold mile to see my fitness. The effort was about equal to a 505 if I was in good shape. Ended up being 514, which was annoying, but it is what it is. Hopefully my fitness starts coming back over the next couple of days.
