I don't remember the workout exactly, but we didn't do much since almost everyone was tapering for White Lake.
I noticed two things in this workout that I have been working toward. 1. The hand automatically forms itself in a slight curve when it enters the water. I don't have to think about it and I can relax it: it stays in the proper position without forcing it there. 2. The roll seems snappier/easier and is automatically combined with a longer stretch/reach.
4x50 DPS. 14 strokes per length: very consistent.
