Comments:
I just got back from my business trip and I hadn't ran/worked out in a week. Plus the drive back was rough. I didn't want to over do it. I put 60 min on the dreadmill, but I knew full well that I wasn't going to do that. I did about 30 min. I felt good but tired after. All and all it was good to get back in the gym.
