Weather: nice cool 62 (dark!)

Comments:
hills hurt.
ran up to the park
then ran back down
waited too long
to do laps today.
recalling the scariness
that is the KT track
at night I decided to
simply turn around.
sleep is more important
than mileage. right
now I am packing for
Sky Lake where I will
have exactly an hour
set aside for nothing but
running. it awaits me
so wish me luck for
tomorrow I leave.
