Comments:
The 1680 interval is the rest ones. Since I have so many intervals the website may get them out of order, because it does that sometimes when tons of intervals are put in. If it does then here are the times in order.

My ankle started hurting again after the second rep. Also seemed to develop slight shin splints. Still had a pretty decent workout with how much it was hurting, but I wish I could have done better. Tomorrow when I get home I'm going to do a lot of icing. Couldn't today because I had to go to the parent teacher meeting then out to dinner.
