Treadmill Interval Heart work

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Two sets - 5X5 pace in first 5X19 pace in second. Painful start from the left knee. Foot pain was reduced , especially in tghe last 20 minutes of the second set. walk was 17:08 or 16:50. Run was 19L29 or 10:19 in first and second except for last set where 9:30 was used for the last 10 minutes. 9:39 on TM IS NOT 9:30 ON THE GROUND. Heart rate was up tp 144 at speed and took 4 min to drop to 105 on the walk (17:08) -proof I have been away from TM interval work .
