splits :65, :66, ?, ?, so probably :68.x, :70.x. coming through 800 at 2:11 felt like I was cruising easy, and though I knew I probably couldn't hold that for 4:22, I thought mid 4:26-4:28 was doable, but locked up last 300 meters.
Very average for what I was hoping for. If I didn't PR I wouldn't be happy (previous best 4:31), and I would have been happy with 4:29 or better, and I hit smack dab on 4:30. It's fine though, I didn't really set myself to run mid 4:20s with my this week's Monday Tuesday Wednesday. Now I can just totally skip the 4:20's when I come back and run a 4:19 next year.
