Weather: 80 and Overcast, Little Humid Though

Wanna get 42 in this week on 7 days so just did 6 today, pretty sore from the past two days running and leg workout last night I assume. Anyways forgot to start watch until a little after the quarter mile mark unfortunately so thats gonna screw up the time slightly. I'm just adding 2:15-2:20 onto it and calling it a day haha. felt decent today, just slow and pretty sore. Not bad overall I guess though. Workout tomorrow night at practice so we'll see how that goes. Hopefully doing 5x1000
