Comments:
Went out with the group for a run on east blvd. Myself, Ckells, and Dong continued to do the Glenville, Bratenal loop. Then some laps + striders on the field. Feelin chill & not anemic. The down week is complete. Back up we go!!

Essentials: hips, 300 abs, 75 push-ups.
