Mile 1: (5:35)
Did a combined test of running the mile and seeing how far we can run in 12 minutes in gym. Got an 8 second pr on the mile without even putting forth all my energy, and with things and people in the way, but after I decided to slow down considerably to about an 8 minute pace.
