Comments:
Went nice and slow. Felt mostly good... at least, I was hurting less than Mary, who was kind enough to run with me. Lol... I pushed her up the two biggest hills on our run.

Shins were throbbing the whole time and I'm wondering if I didn't have a stress fracture (shouldn't shin splints be better by now?!?) but whatever; at least I can run on them now. I got a pretty bad cramp about half a mile into it too, but I kept going and it went away when I began focusing more on my form and breathing and less on my conversation I was having with Mary :-)
