Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We all met at the outdoor track for the afternoon run. I guess the plan was to check out MLK for those that havnt seen it. I usually dont run on Tuesdays, but I did run with everyone today. I would still consider this my day off. I also am going up a little so this will help get mileage. I went really slow and stretched out nicely. I went out Wade Park to MLK, turned around at the first bridge with Aaron after the creepy guy on the bike passed me. Felt good doing slow, had a few stomach problems, but overall hammys and calf felt good. A nice shake out for the farlek tomorrow.

Essentials: Stretch, ankles, pushups, roll, ice bath

Did some striders barefoot on the field when we got back, felt smooth for sure. Then I stretched out until some of the freshman got back. I taught them how to do Buddies, which felt really good. Then we got into the huge ice baths that the football team was using right before dinner. Ice bath felt great, I was in an awkward position, but it was still really cold.

Pace was way slower. I just grouped in the striders with the run, cause the run was a little more than 2.5
