Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a tempo at lunch - ran to the south end of Amazon, did x10 pull-ups and some strides, then did 2.5 mi on the bark.
Foci:
1.) Forward trunk engagement,
2.) Hip/pelvic "opening"
3.) flexion pattern/heel recovery behind!
Felt REALLY good - not easy, but very sustainable:
5:43, 5:47, 2:48.
Solid, given my fatigue level.
