Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slow morning with the Rydman's: breakfast, then went to the store. Finally ran around 2PM.
Tried to go uptempo today, working form:
1.) fwd engagement
2.) arms
3.) hip ext/pelvic "opening"
4.) big heel recovery beneath.
A little sore in both L lateral knee and R medial pes anserene. Sluggish at times, but overall solid pace: second half around 6:30ish pace.
