Biked with Alyssa for the AM practice. We went kinda easy, mostly just to get the legs moving and limbered up. The cardio room was full of people, so we got sent down to the rowing room, where it is actually pretty hot. Got the fartlek this afternoon at the farm. Havnt been out there in a long time I am excited.
Essentials: abs, stretch, shins, roll, L7
We all met for statics and pillar sessions after our workouts. Felt fine. I was super sore this morning from the lift, but I felt better after it all. Shoulders still sore. Hammies and calfs feeling better though. Its time for workouts again! another transition period awaits.
