Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Crossfit circuit today. Did two of them, 3 sets of each. I believe it was:

DB Walking lunge
Medball pushups
Single leg box squat
Pull ups

DB lateral shoulder raise
Box step ups
Bench dips
Burpees

My hammies got really sore from the single leg dips, but the other stuff felt very strong. Still gonna be super sore from all the lifting.
