Comments:
afternoon run. set out early to get in a good mileage day with david and drew. we did 3.5 or 4ish before meeting at the track. then went out mlk. coach wanted someone to stick with all the different mileage groups, and apparently no one was goinng back with the group of 4 milers so i just went back with them. did a tempo loop, and then 4 laps barefoot with brandon and dong. i felt okay, still a little sore, and its so early in the week.
