Comments:
ran to the shoe tree and back with the morning crew. then some laps on the field barefoot with chris and ethan. i felt okay. i like sitting in the back and apparently so did chris and ethan today. cool. ice bath after, may have been one of the most necessary things ever in my life. felt real good. want to get one tomorrow as well hopefully. and get back into a world where i take them at least twice a week. my body misses that feeling.
