Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Afternoon run was to show everyone northpark. We started at Veale and got almost the whole group to head up through the meadow and NP. Good run havnt been out that far in a while. Classic stomping grounds. People were turning back at regular turnarounds, but me Joe Drew Chippy and Mitchell kept going out to Eaton. They were doing more, but they decided to go back with me. I was happy for that because I was getting tired on the way back. Kinda odd since I felt good for most of the run, just tired and felt like walking. Made it back ok though. It was also pretty hot out and I think I was pretty dehydrated. Hammies felt much better today even after the lift.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ice bath

Did 3 striders with Mitchell and Chippy. They felt really good. Then we stretched and rolled and eventually got down to the ice bath, which I took alone :( but I at least got some of my legs feeling better. Excited to sleep in a little tomorrow, but I was happy with the runs today

Also, new shoes the Ghost 5. Felt kinda weird on the way out, but in the middle of the run, I forgot they were new shoes. They do taper in and feel a little unstable, but overall they are pretty nice. I might keep using the 4s still for a little.
