Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Had a bit longer lunch (75min) so I did a track session. LB wanted to do 3x(4x400) this PM so I decided to do the same...but ultimately decided on 2x(5x400).

Foci:
1.) forward thorax
2.) opening hips
3.) R LE ext + L flex + L elbow DRIVE
4.) bilat heel recovery/drive
5.) "finding ease"

A lot of foci, but it went well. The idea was to do 80-75-70 (in 3 sets), but I started hitting 77s and didn't stop. They felt good, but weren't easy, so I did only slightly faster in the 2nd set.

The damages:

77.2, 77.9, 77.7, 77.5, 76.6

Rested 40s standing between, then a 400+ recovery.

75.5, 74.0, 73.0, 73.1, 72.4

Really worked to "find the ease" and they DID feel "Easy" - like I could've gone much faster. The lactate did build in the last 100 on the last 3.

Back was a bit grumpy pre run and early in the workout, but the more forward trunk/rear hip "opening", the better it felt --> no pain.
